Shop Caramel

Every jar is made from a caramel recipe that's been passed down through our family for generations — just simple, honest ingredients cooked slowly to get that deep, rich flavour. Nothing artificial, nothing rushed.

Our caramel contains dairy. Our sauce and syrups are gluten free but are produced in a facility that also handles gluten and nuts, so if you have a sensitivity or allergy, please keep that in mind before ordering.

It sure does! Our Whiskey caramel is made with real whiskey from Wild Life Distillery right here in Canmore, AB, for a warm, rich flavour. The alcohol cooks off during the process, so there's no alcohol content in the final product — just the rich, smoky depth it leaves behind. Enjoy it however you like!

Our caramel syrup and sacue is shelf stable before opening. Once opened, our caramel sauce and syrup should be refrigerated and is best enjoyed within one year.

Our syrup is made for pouring — perfect for stirring into coffee, drizzling over pancakes, or sweetening your favourite drink. Our sauce is thicker and spoonable, ideal for topping ice cream, baking into desserts, or eating straight from the jar (we won't tell).

You can find us at select retailers across Alberta, including Chateau Lake Louise. For our full list of stockists, check out our Locate a Vendor page.

We currently offer gift sets through our online shop, shipped anywhere in Canada (we don't ship to the US at this time). Head over to our Shop page to see what's available.
